The Obama administration stunned New York’s delegation yesterday, dropping the bombshell news that it does not support funding the 9/11 health bill.
The state’s two senators and 14 House members met with Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius just hours before President Obama implored in his speech to the nation for Congress to come together and deliver a government that delivers on its promises to the American people.
So the legislators were floored to learn the Democratic administration does not want to deliver for the tens of thousands of people who sacrificed after 9/11, and the untold numbers now getting sick.
“I was stunned — and very disappointed,” said Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, who like most of the other legislators had expected more of a discussion on how to more forward.
“To say the least, I was flabbergasted,” said Staten Island Rep. Mike McMahon.
The 9/11 bill would spend about $11 billion over 30 years to care for the growing numbers of people getting sick from their service at Ground Zero, and to compensate families for their losses.
The legislators were shocked the idea was falling lower on the administration priority list than other parts of the war on terror and financial bailouts.
“She made it clear that the administration does not support any kind of funding mechanism that goes into the bill,” said Bronx Rep. Eliot Engel.
“I think it’s fiscal restraint… but you know what? They find money for everything else, they need to find money for this,” Engel said. “We were attacked because we’re a symbol of our country.”
Concerned members of We Are Change Chicago took to the streets of Chicago on Saturday January 23 to protest one year of no change. Whether its the new wars we are waging or the ones that continue, the banker bailout, the patriot act, rendition, the H1N1 hoax, climategate, the private federal reserve, the 9/11 cover-up or just being fed up with the fake Left/Right system that controls us and our politicians, its time to make our voices heard. We were cold but we took to the streets with bullhorns, banners, free dvds and a love for our fellow Chicagoans who we know want the truth. CHICAGO IL – Former Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich held a book signing at Columbia College this week, promoting his new book, The Governor. He also participated in a debate for the Cinema Slapdown series hosted by the College. Members of We Are Change Chicago were on hand to watch the 1964 film Viva Las Vegas, the debate between the former governor and Dan Rybicky, and then most importantly speak with the Governor.
The mainstream media was present, the panel included: ABC, WGN, NBC, FOX, CBS, Chicago Tribune, and Chicago Sun Times. Again, the media made an epic fail by not covering or bringing up issues that actually matter. As we have seen in the past year, the media has only tried to bad-name his credibility, poke fun at his hair, call him names, or criticize his personal life. We Are Change, with the intention to provide the American people with the TRUTH, talked to Governor Blagojevich about his resistance to big banks, which is what really led to his arrest.

Isn’t it odd that Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is suddenly arrested on corruption charges the day after he announced he is asking all Illinois government agencies to suspend business with Bank of America?
Not really. Blagojevich’s arrest sends a strong signal that going up against the banksters will not be tolerated. “Blagojevich contended that Bank Of America received a multi-billion dollar bailout from the government and should accordingly restore credit to the Republic Windows & Doors company in Chicago,” writes Katharine Zaleski for the Huffington Post.
Last week the workers of Republic Windows & Doors occupied a factory in Chicago after the company closed down and stiffed the workers. “Workers said they were entitled to be given 60 days notice of the closure of the plant and demanded pay for that period as well as any unused vacation time,” the BBC reported.
Blagojevich demanded the Bank of America take “some of that federal tax money that they’ve received and invest it by providing the necessary credit to this company so these workers can keep their jobs.”
After getting the Governors remarks about Bank of America’s involvement with this scandal, we handed him a copy of Alex Jones’ latest film, Fall of the Republic: The Presidency of Barack H. Obama, which, according to InfoWars, “documents how an offshore corporate cartel is bankrupting the US economy by design. Leaders are now declaring that world government has arrived and that the dollar will be replaced by a new global currency.”
We also spoke with Governor Blagojevich about Governor Jesse Ventura’s latest TV show, Conspiracy Theory. One of the most recent episodes covers the false flag attack that occurred on September, 11, 2001. In an attempt to educate Governor Blagojevich on the cover-up, we handed him a copy of the scientific report that reveals that military grade Nano-Thermate was found in the dust of the World Trade Centers.
Finally we talked to the Governor about the recent Climate-Gate scandal, and handed him a copy of The Great Global Swindle, an excellent documentary film by Martin Durkin, that reveals the hoax of the Global Warming phenomenon.
The banksters may believe that they have all the power in the world, but they should never forget the truth is on our side. Through support for Rep. Ron Paul’s, H.R. 1207 and S. 604, an audit to the private Federal Reserve, we can defeat the corruption they have shadowed our nation under. ST. CHARLES, IL – Most people I talk with these days have a gut feeling that something isn’t right in America. The debt is out of control, wars are expanding and not must trust can be had in the people that control our government. Whether its the red team or the blue team in charge we are left with the same problems. This country was founded on the constitution. For the past 50 years we have been fighting wars without a declaration of war from congress (violation of the constitution). We have bailed out private companies with public funds (violation of the constitution). The Patriot Act, The Federal Reserve, illegal immigration, gun control laws (just to name a few) are all in violation of the constitution! After 14 years of bringing these violations to the government through the court system it was time for the Continental Congress to convene. For the past 11 days I have been a fly on the wall capturing video, taking photos but most importantly I was learning. I was learning that freedom isn’t something the government gives us.
